Shipping is free across India on every order. There is no minimum order value, and no tax is added at checkout — the price shown on the product page is the price you pay.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on where you are — metro cities are typically at the faster end, and smaller or remote towns closer to 6 or 7 days.

We ship every day except Sundays and public holidays.

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder, or write to us at kodawariarts@gmail.com with your order number and we will send it again.

Not at the moment. We currently deliver within India only.

Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel comes back to us and we will get in touch to arrange redelivery or a refund.

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If it looks damaged or tampered with, refuse it and tell us straight away.

No. There are no shipping charges, no handling fees and no tax added at checkout. What you see on the product page is the full amount payable.

Payments are handled by our payment gateway. Your card and banking details are entered on their secure page — we never see or store them.

We offer exchange only, within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds, except where a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered.

Email kodawariarts@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the piece. The item should be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags still attached.

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will replace the piece or refund you in full — this is the one case where we do refund.

Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched. We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days, so please write to us as soon as you can.

Email kodawariarts@gmail.com with your order number — it begins with a # and is in your order confirmation email — and tell us you would like to cancel. We will confirm by reply.

Where we confirm a cancellation before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. From that point our Exchange & Refund Policy applies.

Our sarees and suit sets involve handwoven fabric and traditional dyeing and printing. Small variations in colour, weave and print are natural to that process and are not treated as defects. Screen calibration also affects how colours appear.

Many of them are. Where only a single unit exists, the piece is removed from sale once it is bought — so if something catches your eye, it may not be there later.

As a general guide: dry clean silk, zari and heavily embroidered pieces. Cotton and linen can be hand washed in cold water, separately for the first few washes, using a mild detergent. Dry in shade rather than direct sun, iron on a low setting, and store folded away from damp and sunlight.

Always follow any care instructions supplied with the piece.

Every product page states the fabric, the technique and the region it comes from. If anything is unclear, message us before you order and we will describe the piece honestly.
