Track Order

Every Kodawari order is dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. As soon as it leaves us, we send a tracking link to the email address you used at checkout.

How to track your order

1. Open the dispatch email from us and click the tracking link. It will show you the courier and the current status of your parcel.
2. If you created an account when ordering, you can also see your orders and tracking details under your account.
3. Cannot find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder first, then write to us and we will resend it.

Can't find your tracking link?

Email kodawariarts@gmail.com with your order number, or call +91 96677 69737 between 10am and 7pm IST, Monday to Saturday. Please have your order number ready — it is in your order confirmation email and begins with a #.

How long delivery takes

• Dispatch: 1 to 2 working days from the time you order.
• In transit: 3 to 7 working days after dispatch. Metro cities are usually at the faster end; smaller and remote towns are closer to 6 or 7 days.
• We ship every day except Sundays and public holidays.

If your tracking has not moved

Courier tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan, and it sometimes pauses for a day in transit. If there has been no movement for more than three working days, tell us and we will chase the courier on your behalf.

When your parcel arrives

Please check the package at the time of delivery. If it looks damaged or tampered with, refuse to accept it and let us know immediately. If you have already accepted it and something is wrong, write to us within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace the piece or refund you in full.
