Welcome to Kodawari. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

About Us
Kodawari Arts (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is an online store selling handcrafted Indian ethnic wear — sarees and suit sets sourced from artisan clusters and handloom weavers across India, including Banaras, Chanderi, Kota, Assam and Bengal.

Orders

  • All orders are subject to product availability. In rare cases where a product is out of stock after you order, we will inform you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
  • Prices listed on the website are in INR and are the final amount payable. No additional taxes are charged at checkout.
  • Many of our pieces are one of a kind. Where only a single unit exists, the item is removed from sale once purchased.

Payments
All orders are prepaid. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery.

Shipping
Free shipping across India on all orders. Delivery timelines and other details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Exchanges
We offer exchange only, within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds except where a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Product Colours & Craft
Our sarees and suits involve handwoven fabric and traditional dyeing and printing techniques. Slight variations in colour, weave or print from the images shown on the website are natural and are not considered defects. Screen calibration may also affect how colours appear.

Intellectual Property
All images, content and designs on this website belong to Kodawari and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by courier partners, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or events beyond our control.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Noida courts.
