Refund policy

We want you to love what you order. Since our suits and sarees are handled with care and packed fresh for each customer, we currently offer exchange only, not cash refunds, except in case of a damaged or wrong product.

Exchange Window
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Exchange

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags intact.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

How It Works

• Write to us at kodawariarts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
• Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us. Return shipping is to be borne by the customer.
• After we receive and check the product, we will ship your replacement or issue a store credit note valid for 90 days.

Damaged or Wrong Product
If your package arrives with the outer packaging visibly torn, wet, or tampered with, please refuse the delivery. In all other cases, please open and check the product on delivery. If you find the product damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us at kodawariarts@gmail.com within 24 hours with photos/video of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement.

Note: Since we deal in handwoven and hand-finished fabrics, minor variations in weave, print, or shade compared to the website image are natural and are not considered defects.
