Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed.

Delivery Timeline

• Within India: 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually on the faster end (3–4 days); remote or smaller towns may take closer to 6–7 days, based on standard courier transit times.
• We ship every day except Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping across India on all orders. There is no minimum order value.
• No taxes are added at checkout — the price shown on the product page is the price you pay.

Payment
All orders are prepaid. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery.

Delivery Issues

• Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.
• If we're unable to deliver your order after 2 attempts, it will be sent back to us. In such cases we'll get in touch to arrange redelivery or a refund.

Returns & Exchanges
